These terms govern access to platformsecuritycloud.digital and the framework for commissioning financial auditing engagements with Blue Coast Audit Cabinet.
Acceptance
By using this website or requesting an engagement letter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and contact us by phone or post instead.
Services described
Pages describing statutory audits, group coordination, walkthrough reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and opening balance work are informational. A binding engagement arises only when both parties sign an engagement letter specifying scope, fees, and timetable.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Blue Coast Audit Cabinet or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Working papers created during an audit remain subject to professional confidentiality and applicable Japanese standards.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to records, and independence disclosures. Misstatements known to management must be communicated promptly. Failure to provide access may delay or terminate the engagement under the letter’s terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Blue Coast Audit Cabinet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including reliance on general articles in Field notes. Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by that engagement letter and applicable professional rules, not by these website terms alone.
No guarantee of outcome
An audit engagement results in an opinion based on evidence obtained. It does not guarantee lending approval, investor decisions, or regulatory outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Yamagata Prefecture shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
